- Is Purolator providing service to all venues?
Yes, Purolator will have direct access from our operations facility to all competition and non-competition venues.
- My business is located in an area with restricted access. Will Purolator be able to make pickups and deliveries to my business?
There are no special requirements necessary for Purolator customers. Simply create your shipment and request a pickup or drop off your shipment at a one of our convenient Purolator Shipping Centres. - I would like to drop my package off at a Purolator location. Does Purolator have shipping locations in the Vancouver area?

- Will there be service delays for deliveries to venues with restricted access?
To avoid delays, Purolator will have security protocols that enable direct access to each venue, and pre-scheduled delivery and pickup times.
- How can I become a Purolator business customer?
You can request to open a Purolator Business Account through purolator.com, or by calling 1 888 SHIP-123. Within 24 hours, you will receive your Purolator Account Number, online username and password.
- My business is not located near an Olympic venue. Will there be service delays?
Purolator has an extensive operating plan that will continue to deliver on our existing service levels to customers located outside of restricted areas. If you are planning to operate outside of your normal business hours, please contact your Account Executive for more information.
- My business will be closing early and I will need to schedule my pickups earlier than I normally do. How can I make arrangements?
You can speak directly with your Purolator courier; contact your Account Executive; or speak to our Customer Service at 1 888 SHIP-123 to request an earlier pickup time.
- Can I use Purolator Freight for deliveries to restricted venues?
Yes, Purolator Freight customers will receive the same high level of service as our Purolator Courier customers.
- My business is located on a street that will be closed during the 2010 Winter Games. Will Purolator be able to make deliveries and pickups for my business?
Yes, Purolator has an extensive operating plan that includes consideration of the VANOC Transportation Plan, allowing us to maintain service during normal business hours along with the possibility of deliveries between 12 a.m. and 7 a.m.
- Is Purolator providing delivery service during the Paralympic Games?
Yes, as the Official Courier of the 2010 Winter Games, Purolator will provide service to all Paralympic competition and non-competition venues.
- Is Purolator providing courier service in Whistler?
Yes, Purolator will maintain service to and from Whistler during the 2010 Winter Games.
